At this time, Mori Knot does not offer subscription services or recurring purchase plans.
Orders for physical products may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return according to our Refund Policy.
Digital products (including crochet pattern PDF downloads) cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been completed and the download is available.
