Welcome to Mori Knot. References to “we”, “us” and “our” all refer to Mori Knot. Powered by Shopify, our store mainly sells handmade knit bags and matching accessories. All shopping-related content, functions and goods on our website are collectively referred to as the “Service”.

2. Product Description (Exclusive for Handmade Bags)
All our goods are hand-knitted products. Slight differences in texture, tightness and natural dye shading between individual bags are inherent handmade features and do not count as quality defects. Screen color deviation on different devices may also create minor gaps between photos and physical items.
Product descriptions and prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue styles, limit purchase quantities or stop supply at any time, and all rights of final interpretation belong to us.
3. Order Rules
Submitting an order only constitutes an intention to purchase. We reserve the right to review and reject any order. An order takes effect only after full payment is received. Please double-check all details before submission; order cancellation requests may not be accepted once confirmed.

All delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. We take no responsibility for losses caused by shipping delays, customs clearance hold-ups or other events beyond our reasonable control. Once goods are handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

Our brand logo, original knit designs, images, videos and creative content are fully copyrighted by Mori Knot and protected by global intellectual property laws.
You may only view the content for personal non-commercial use. Without our written consent, copying, replicating or commercially using our bag designs and store materials is strictly forbidden. Shopify and other third-party logos belong to their respective owners. We will take legal action against any infringement.

Our website embeds third-party tools such as payment and tracking plugins, as well as hyperlinks to external sites. We bear no liability for content or risks arising from third-party services. 8. Our Relationship with Shopify
Shopify only provides website building technology. All transactions are solely between you and Mori Knot. Shopify does not participate in order fulfillment or after-sales disputes and shall not bear any compensation liability. You fully release Shopify from all related claims.

You warrant your feedback contains no copyright disputes. We are not obligated to pay fees, keep submissions confidential or reply to every comment. We reserve the right to delete defamatory, abusive or virus-containing content, and you bear full legal responsibility for everything you post.
11. Errors & Omissions on Site
Product prices, stock levels, shipping costs and promotional texts may contain input errors. We reserve the right to correct mistakes or cancel erroneous orders without advance notice.
12. Prohibited Activities
You may only use our Service for legal purposes. The following behaviors are forbidden:

Automated mass access via bots, AI scripts or scrapers is prohibited. All automated programs must clearly state their agent name in access requests, and may not simulate human browsing or bypass CAPTCHA verification. We may block such automated traffic via technical measures.
14. Termination of Terms
We may terminate your account access at any time. All outstanding product and shipping fees must be fully settled before termination. After termination, core clauses including intellectual property, indemnification and governing law shall remain valid.
15. Disclaimer
All site content is for general reference only. We do not guarantee full accuracy of all information, and you bear all risks from your purchase decisions. All handmade bags and website services are provided “as-is” without additional warranties. This Disclaimer may not apply to you if local laws restrict warranty exclusions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mori Knot, our staff, partners and Shopify shall not compensate you for any direct or indirect losses including lost profits, data loss and consequential damages, even if we have been notified of potential risks in advance.

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, form the complete binding agreement between you and Mori Knot, superseding all prior oral or written communications.
20. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent. Mori Knot may assign our rights and liabilities to third-party partners without prior notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mori Knot’s registered business location. All transaction disputes shall be exclusively handled by local courts of this jurisdiction.
