Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all handmade bags. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days upon receiving your bag.
To qualify for return, your handmade bag must remain in its original delivered condition: unused, free of wear and tear, complete with original tags and matching accessories, and kept in its original packaging. An order screenshot or proof of purchase is also mandatory.

Once your return request gets approved, we will send you a dedicated return shipping label together with full shipping instructions. Any parcels sent back without prior return authorization will be rejected.

Damages & Order Issues

Kindly inspect your handmade bag right after delivery. If your item arrives with craftsmanship defects, shipping damage or incorrect style, please reach out to us immediately so we can review the issue and offer a proper solution promptly.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following handmade bags and accessories:
  1. Perishable items including floral decorations, plants, food trimmings;
  2. Custom handmade bags with custom sizing, personalized prints or bespoke modifications;
  3. Personal care & beauty accessories;
  4. Hazardous goods and accessories containing flammable liquids or gases.
All promotional discounted bags and gift cards are final sales and non-refundable. If you are unsure whether your bag is eligible for return, please email our support team for confirmation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired handmade bag style is to submit a return for your current item, then place a brand-new order for your preferred bag once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding all terms above, customers residing in the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your order or return your handmade bag without any reason within 14 days after receipt.

Returned bags must still be brand new and unused, with intact original tags and packaging, alongside valid proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will email you the refund verdict after we receive and inspect your returned handmade bag. If your refund is approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take extra time to process the refund transaction.
