Digital Products (PDF Crochet Patterns)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital pattern has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Physical Products (Handmade Bags & DIY Kits)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the package
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
